Set yourself up for 2021 with our, new Yoga Beach Camp sessions!
With our NEW yoga beach camp sessions, you will rise with the sun, get moving with a positive mind and body,
and focus and feel those good ocean vibes for the rest of your day.
The mixture of yoga, core strengthening and cardio intervals, finishing with pranayama breathing exercises
makes for an amazing start to the day.
We will run our 3-week beach commitment program 3 times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays
and Fridays (60 min sessions), starting at 6 am at the beautiful Swanbourne beach.
The February Beach Camp kicks off Monday, February 8, 2021, and finishes Friday, February 26, 2021.
This is a 3-week commitment program, so there is no possibility to join a drop-in class.
9 sessions within the series will be automatically booked.
Detailed logistic information will be sent prior to the start of the program.
